Ordering
An Order Request can be made using the form on our website www.angeltraces.co.uk this method sends us an email and we will then contact you personally to complete all order details and answer any questions that you may have.

Payment Methods                   
Due to the personal nature of our jewellery full payment is to be made on placing your order.  We accept all major credit cards, cheque, cash, bank transfer or PayPal.
We will ascertain your preferred method of payment and invoice you accordingly once all order details are complete.
Please note that work will only begin on your order once payment has been verified.

Imprint Kit
We will notify you of dispatch of your Imprint Kit, sent by Royal Mail 1st class delivery, within 48 hours of us receiving confirmation of payment.  In the event that you have not received your kit within 7-10 days of the dispatch notice, please contact us as there is a possibility that it may be lost in the postal system.
Once you have returned your imprints along with the completed form, using the pre paid envelope included in the kit, we will notify you to confirm our receipt of the imprints.

Delivery of finished jewellery
You can expect delivery of your finished jewellery by Royal Mail Special Delivery, within two weeks of our notification of receipt of imprints, or verification of payment for non fingerprint pieces, unless an alternative time scale has been agreed between us.

Right to cancel
A contract between us will begin when imprints have been personally taken by us, or when we receive your imprints by return post.  In the case of the latter you will be contacted by us to confirm our receipt of your imprints.  You may cancel up to 2 days after your imprints have been received by us, providing that no jewellery has yet been personalised.

Data protection
Angel Traces will never pass on your personal information to any third party.
Angel Traces does not store any client personal banking details.
Angel Traces will contact you telephonically to enable payment by bank card, and re contact you for any consecutive order payment.   

Fingerprint impression moulds:
With your permission we can store your imprints for 6 months, using an anonymous storage system that requires no name to be attached to the actual imprints.  This option gives you the opportunity to place any further orders should you so wish. After this time period, we will destroy the imprints but will send you a reminder one month before we do this.
You may request that we return the impression moulds with your finished jewellery for you to keep for future orders, or destroy.
Please be certain to include your request on the form when returning your imprints to us.  If no request for any of the above two options is received by us either on the request form, per email or verbally by the time of completion of your order, we are obliged to destroy the imprints immediately on dispatch of your order.

Returns Policy
We strive to work to a high standard at all times and will ensure that we work alongside you to achieve the best possible outcome for your jewellery.  
We take every care to confirm all details of your order, but in the event that we have made a mistake please contact us within 7 days of receipt, for details on how to proceed with the return of your item.
We are unable to accept returns of any of the following:
Personalised items, unless faulty
Incorrect spelling of names and or messages or incorrect dates, any of which have been provided to us by you
Incorrect measurements that have been provided to us by you
Sterling silver accessories unless faulty:  We inspect all our jewellery before packaging and posting, but please check your jewellery carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if faulty or damaged.

How to Care For:

Your Fine Silver Jewellery: As Fine silver is a pure metal, it is by nature softer than sterling silver (which is an alloy) and should be treated with care.
Avoid using liquid or abrasive silver cleaners as these will scratch the fine silver and will remove any antiquing.  Clean only with a soft anti-tarnish cloth.  Remove your jewellery when using household cleaners especially those containing bleach as this will mark both your fine and sterling silver.

Sterling Silver Chains & Attachments: Links can easily be opened or broken if not treated with care, it is important to check your jewellery regularly for wear and tear.

Leather wrist cords & neck cords: Care should be taken with leather strings.  Leather is a natural material and will soften over time especially where folded or knotted, or when exposed to water.  It is therefore recommended that you remove your wrist or neck cords when swimming, bathing or showering.  Check end attachments regularly for tightness or wear and tear.
