HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH US

As soon as we receive your order request form we will contact you to confirm:
Full details of your order and answer any questions you may have
Scribing of names and dates onto the jewellery
Any special instructions i.e. an alternative delivery address, special delivery deadline etc.
Total due for your order
We will then invoice you accordingly.
On confirmation of payment we will post out the imprint kit within 48 hours, by Royal Mail 1st class delivery, for you to return the imprint/s in the stamped addressed envelope provided.
We will notify you as soon as we have receipt of the imprints.
Please note that if you live in the Bristol/Bath area we can come to you personally and take the imprint/s.
You can expect delivery of your finished jewellery by Royal Mail Special Delivery, two weeks from us receiving the imprints.

You are having a fingerprint on your charm
